I provide continuity checking for indie fiction. This is not an editing or proofreading service. It focuses on content, not language or storytelling craft.

After I’ve read your story, I’ll send you two documents.

• A list of “hard” issues, such as cars that change colour, people ageing backwards, and cities that change location; I’ll organise the list in the order that the issues occur, with each one next to a page number.
• A report about “soft” issues, such as unexpected surprises that break the world-building or characters suddenly changing their major personality traits

This service is available for stories at all stages of drafting. To get the full benefit of the continuity check, please make sure that the overall story structure is in place.
